1.Securing Your Spot: To secure your place on the trip, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost is required. We understand that circumstances can change; therefore, should you decide to cancel, you have a 7-day grace period from the time of deposit to receive a full refund, no questions asked. Once this period has elapsed, reimbursement of the deposit is no longer possible. 2. Completing Your Payment: The remaining balance, which is the other 50% of the total trip cost, must be paid no later than one week before the departure date. This step is essential for the final preparations of your adventure with us. 3. Non-refundable Policy After Full Payment: Once the total amount has been paid, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy is in place due to commitments with our partners and reservations made to ensure the smooth execution of your trip. Exceptions for Refunds: We acknowledge that exceptional circumstances, such as accidents or force majeure, may occur. Under such circumstances, a refund of 50% of the total amount may be considered upon presentation of official documentation. Your well-being and safety are our utmost priorities. 4. Cancellation Due to Participant Numbers: If the number of participants falls below ten (10) within fifteen (15) days before departure, we may have to cancel the trip.
